Holoholo Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor. Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi, Hawaiʻi ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period. Begins October 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. HST and ends October 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. HST.

4. How to enter. Complete the entry form at lahaolehawaii.com/pages/holoholo-giveaway (linked from @lahaolehawaii's Instagram bio and Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi's Facebook giveaway post) with your first name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Submitting the form more than once does not earn additional entries.

5. Bonus entries. Entrants who include their Instagram handle or Facebook name on the entry form may earn bonus entries during the entry period, as follows. Friend invites: five (5) bonus entries for each eligible friend who submits their own valid entry and names the entrant's Instagram handle or email in the "Who invited you?" field, up to ten (10) friends (50 bonus entries). Self-referrals and referrals from fake or duplicate accounts do not count. Comments and tags: one (1) bonus entry for each comment left on any @lahaolehawaii Instagram feed post, each friend tagged in a comment on the Instagram giveaway post, or each comment left on any post on Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi's Facebook Page, up to three (3) combined across Instagram and Facebook. Instagram bonus entries require following @lahaolehawaii. Instagram repost: five (5) bonus entries for reposting @lahaolehawaii's giveaway post using Instagram's repost feature. Entrants with private profiles may send a screenshot of the repost to @lahaolehawaii by direct message. No bonus entries are given for sharing on Facebook. Maximum of fifty-nine (59) total entries per person.

6. Prizes. Grand prize (1): one (1) $250 Hawaiian Airlines gift card, one (1) $250 Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi digital gift card (shop credit), and one (1) complete Kōkiʻo travel set (duffle $88, Hawaiian Airlines packing cube set $70 and tech case $28; $186 total), approximate retail value $686. Friend prize (up to 1): if the grand prize winner's entry names an eligible entrant in the "Who invited you?" field, that entrant wins the same prize package: one (1) $250 Hawaiian Airlines gift card, one (1) $250 Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi digital gift card (shop credit), and one (1) complete Kōkiʻo travel set ($186), approximate retail value $686. Additional prizes (4): four (4) winners each receive one (1) $50 Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi digital gift card, approximate retail value $50 each. Total approximate retail value of all prizes up to $1,572. No cash alternative. Physical prizes ship within the United States only. The Hawaiian Airlines gift card is subject to Hawaiian Airlines' gift card terms.

7. Winner selection. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 30, 2026 and announced at 9:00 a.m. HST that day in @lahaolehawaii's Instagram Stories and on Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi's Facebook Page. The grand prize winner is drawn first, followed by the four (4) additional prize winners. The friend prize goes to the eligible entrant named in the grand prize winner's "Who invited you?" field, if any. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Notification. Winners will be notified by email and, if provided, Instagram or Facebook direct message, and must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will only contact winners from @lahaolehawaii, Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi's Facebook Page and aloha@lahaolehawaii.com and will never ask for payment or banking details.

9. Publicity. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor may share their first name and Instagram handle or Facebook name in announcing the winners, including in Instagram Stories.

10. Email and text list. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi. You may unsubscribe at any time. Text messages are sent only to entrants who separately opt in.

11. General. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made with fake or duplicate accounts. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Taxes, if any, are the winners' responsibility.

12. Platform release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Hawaiian Airlines. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any liability.
